Design is the basis of fast and efficient tool production. 12 professional CAD designers are available to develop tool concepts, designs and feasibility analyses. We use simulation analyses (mould filling, specification of thermal processes, error calculations) to deliver the most accurate design before producing our injection moulding tools.

Production speed and efficiency is ensured through continuous monitoring. Measuring instruments and optical measuring technology (GOM) ensure the desired quality and workmanship of workpieces.

A special assembly team of 15 professionals are avilable for finalising major complex projects. Our toolmakers monitor the process from the assembly of the tool up to optimisation and adjustments. They apply the final touches to the products with years of expertise in their hands.
